Once we’ve double checked you’re the right candidate on paper, we’ll have a quick chat on the phone to find out a bit more about you. We’ll talk you through the process & triple check you have our ‘must haves’ before arranging to meet!

Next stop, you’ll meet with someone from our recruitment team, either in our London or Lancaster office or over Zoom. It’s here that we’ll make sure you’re the right personality for the job. A huge amount of what we do here at Origin is based around matching the right clients with the right carers, so it’s vital we get a real flavour for who you are.

Our Care Managers are experienced, and as well as making sure our clients are happy, they look after our Personal Care Assistants, too. This is your chance to ask the guys on the front line what it’s really like working at Origin, and it’s their chance to book you onto a specialist training course!

Now we know you’re the right fit, we need to equip you with the right skills. Regardless of your previous experience, you’ll be asked to come along to an intensive 5-day training course in the UK, where we’ll put you through your paces.

The client/carer relationship is vital to delivering the highest standard of care we can. We spend a lot of time getting to know you, so that we can pair you with a client that’ll be well suited to you. It’s about making sure you and the client are both happy and comfortable.
