Whilst many care providers will claim to be unique, we truly are. Company Chairman and co-founder Peter Henry is living with a spinal injury. Linda Adamsen, Managing Director and co-founder, is an experienced carer. This deep-rooted understanding of both sides of the care package means we’re able to provide care that’s thought through in ways other providers simply cannot. It means we have the greatest possible experience of what it’s like to be the client, and the carer.
Founded in 2001, our client base spans the UK, and we have offices in London and Lancaster.

We’re committed to training and making our staff the best they can possibly be. Our specialist intensive training course (that every single one of our Spinal Injury Personal Care Assistants has completed) is regarded as one of the top in the country, and it doesn’t stop there. We offer refresher training and ‘earn whilst you learn’ schemes (in conjunction with a host of selected suppliers including The Open University).
Our clients are all adults, many of them with active, busy lifestyles. That means that working here is care work like no other – it’s about providing real independence for people who need it most, and bringing spontaneity and freedom into the lives of people living with spinal cord injury.
